We offer worldwide shipping from our location in Europe, Ukraine, ensuring prompt delivery of your garden swing.

Shipping Times:

Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Shipments to European countries are generally faster than to other regions.
Due to the size and weight (approximately 200 kg) of the porch swing, shipping costs and timelines may vary.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping to European countries is usually range from 150 to 500 Euro.
Additional shipping charges for countries outside of Europe range from $1500 to $2000 USD. For example, if you would like to buy a porch swing in USA the delivery cost will be around 1900 dollars . If your country or region is not listed, we will calculate the shipping cost individually for you.

Direct Connections in Europe:

For certain cities in Europe, we have direct connections through private carriers, which significantly reduces shipping costs. If you reside in such a city, we can offer not only free shipping but also a pleasant discount on the garden swing itself, making the total cost even lower!
If you reside in one of our neighboring countries—Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, or Moldova—and prefer to pick up your large garden swing directly in a border city in Ukraine, we offer substantial discounts and full support to arrange self-pickup. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Damage or Loss:

We take great care in packaging our swings for safe delivery. If your swing arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return & Exchange Policy

At King Swing we take pride in crafting luxurious garden swings of the highest quality, designed for years — even decades — of enjoyment. However, if you need to return or exchange your porch swing, we are here to assist you.

Returns & Refunds

You may return your swing within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Damaged Items & Replacement Parts

We understand the complexity and cost associated with returning a large item, so we aim to resolve any shipping-related issues efficiently:

If your swing arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
We can provide replacement parts rather than requiring a full return.
Where carrier policies allow, we include a complimentary touch-up paint kit to fix minor scratches from shipping.

The garden swing is disassembled and securely packed into 3 large packages (as on the picture):
