Do you deliver to any countries in the world?

Accepted Answer

Our goods are very big and it makes the delivery process complicated and expensive issue. But we deliver to most countries around the world, especially to the European countries and USA.
We would like to make shipping free for our customers in Europe , so we use local private couriers instead of large postal companies.

We do not deliver to such countries as Russia.

We recommend you to consult with your manager about delivery options to your country before making an order.

Will I receive the swing disassembled?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All our products are large and heavy, so for transportation and shipping, they will be securely packed in a disassembled form. But don’t worry—you will be able to assemble it yourself, as all our customers have successfully done. We provide a detailed instruction manual, a video guide, and our manager will be available to assist you if you encounter any difficulties during assembly.
